How should you calculate churn?

Why are your customers cancelling?

If you don’t know why people are cancelling their subscription, you can’t take appropriate action to tackle your churn.  When it comes to churn, you should have a process in place to ask why your customers are leaving and to gather feedback on your services. If you’re not asking customers why they’re leaving, you should at least be analysing churned accounts to figure out what went wrong. (Preferably, do both!).
